Sorry we missed you guys last Saturday (if you went). We got a late start around 9:30 went to the MFM and then to Michael’s aerobics class at the Y.
We will both be on our 3 state ride in Chattanooga this weekend. Remind me to tell you about our 23 mile ride yesterday in Mississippi. It was great training on those highways!
